    1313Before you proceed with manually downloading, converting, and sampling the files, we suggest to check whether MGET already has a sampling tool designed for your product of interest. These tools are available under the Data Products node of the MGET toolbox. Look for tools beginning with the word Interpolate. Here are a few examples:

Assuming you need to do that, the rest of this page describes the procedure using AVHRR Pathfinder version 5 SST data (MGET can sample it directly, but we use it as an example because many people are familiar with it).
