Add product-specific Cayula-Cornillon front detection tools

Description

With MGET's new raster processing infrastructure, it is now feasible to implement product-specific versions of the Cayula-Cornillon front detection tool. The product-specific tools would automate all of the steps needed to run the Cayula-Cornillon algorithm on the products, including downloading the data, masking clouds and land, and running the algorithm with parameters that tuned to that specific product.

At minimum, tools should be implemented for the following products:

  • AVHRR Pathfinder SST
  • MODIS L3 SST
  • HYCOM Global Analysis
  • HYCOM Gulf of Mexico Analysis
