When copying or creating rasters in a geodatabase, MGET tools should automatically create raster catalogs

We will fix this for MGET 0.7.

Fixed in [414], released in (the final release of) MGET 0.7.

Note that when the raster catalog is created, the raster_management_type parameter is always left at the default value (this differs from what I suggested in teh email message referenced above). In ArcGIS 9.1, the default was "Unmanaged", but in 9.2 and later, it appears to be "Managed".
