The various "Find" tools report "AssertionError: totalOperations must be a positive integer, or None" if nothing was found

Description

The "Find" tools include Find Rasters, Find Directories, Find Files, Find CoastWatch Images, Find CoastWatch Images in Files, as well as the batch processing functions that begin with "Find", such as Find and Copy Files. All of these contain the same bug: if nothing is found, this AssertionError is raised. It is a simple careless mistake.
