Fixed:

* #354: The Skip Existing parameter of Find and Convert ArcGIS Rasters to Polygon Outlines tool does not seem to work
* #365: With mgcv package from R 2.9.0, MGET's Fit GAM tool fails with RPy_RException: Error in na.omit(d) : object 'd' not found

Also, for #344 (The Decompress Files Listed in Table and the Find and Decompress Files tools always fail), temporarily commented out the code that generates the batch processed tools. I will fix these in a future release.

As of this revision, I may be done with the work required for MGET 0.7b1. If that turns out to be true after further testing, this revision may be merged with the trunk and released as MGET 0.7b1.
